How to set up my Internet?

All we need is when and where to come to install your internet.

Our tech will visit and complete the installation for you.

Sorry, we don’t deliver devices by mail and let you sort it out in chaos.

That’s just not us.

Instead, we are 100% local and we deliver services with SMILES :)

Will Anyone come to install my internet?

Of course!

As mentioned above, all visits are FREE from Installation to Tech Support as many times as needed.

We deliver services in person.  Not by mail.

Yes, the support is included both by Call and by Tech visit.  Within business hours, we are devoted to resolve the issues if any.  When you need a support, we are already on our way to fix the problem for you!

Do I need to purchase anything?

Absolutely Not. You don’t have to purchase anything to use our service.  We provide you with Free Modem and WiFi Router rental services.  Don’t worry.  We got you covered :)

What is my billing cycle?

Unlike any others, we are post-paid system which means the invoice will be generated a month after.

Our billing term is always the first day of each month and the last day of each month.

Can I change Plans or cancel at any time?

Yes, you can change your plans and cancel any time.

But, no if you are under the contract period.

Well, we all know living in BC is already…expensive.

Our mission is to take the load off your shoulder with communication fee “at least.”

We will put a good fight against our TWO big boys so you can relax and enjoy our healthy price plans.

We are solely based on Cable Internet services.

Can I use my own cable modem?

If your modem is within TPIA Certified Cable Modem,

Yes, you can use your own modem.

Plus, you can get “Modem Purchased Plans” pricing as well :)
